Auf den Feldern der Bannm\u00fchle werden neben modernen Z\u00fcchtungen auch teils fast vergessene Obstsorten angebaut. Auf den Streuobstwiesen und \u00fcbrigen Weiden werden Glanrinder, eine vom Aussterben bedrohte Nutztierrasse der Region, zur Erzeugung hochwertigen Fleisches gehalten. Auf dem Hof wird das Obst zu hochwertigen S\u00e4ften verarbeitet. Im Hofladen wird neben den hofeigenen Produkten ein breites Sortiment an Naturkostwaren angeboten. Die Bannm\u00fchle ist au\u00dferdem ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bannmuehle.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Demonstrationsbetrieb.pdf\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Demonstrationsbetrieb<\/span> \u00a0<\/a>f\u00fcr \u00d6kologischen Landbau. Kommen Sie vorbei und genie\u00dfen Sie die Idylle unseres Anwesens direkt am Ufer des Glans.
